Principles and Design
This 6x8 diorama was created by using the infinite mirror effect placed behind a coastal facade doorway. This piece draws inspiration from the Coast Guard Beach along the eastern shore in Cape Cod. To achieve the look of the shoreline curving, the back mirror was curved slightly to continually change the reflection. This diorama has a small hole in the side, so viewers can see the beach at a more direct angle.
